West Hartford lost one of its finest citizens yesterday. Besides his lifelong work and contributions to the community, Bill was a great conversationalist, story teller and made us all laugh with his witty sense of humor. He was an expert turkey carver, knew how to train dogs and fix most anything.
He will be sorely missed.
I extend my condolences to Ruth and Bill’s many friends and acquaintances.
